It's all about Toshiba!
In order to give you an impression of the various activities at a Toshiba booth, even after the end of the event itself,
we have put together a small photo gallery as an example. The extraordinary thing are these photos: they are so-called "circle panoramas"
(or spherical panoramas) and they give the viewer the impression of complete immersion in the photo. The photos let the viewer interactively
select the viewing angle and move "freely" through the space of the photo. More than just a simple floor plan or a collection of
individual snapshots, these photos give the viewer the "experience of space". In addition, unlike conventional panorama photos, these
"circle panoramas" also allow the viewer to move the perspective upwards and downwards. The viewer has the impression of complete immersion
in the scene and can enjoy the freedom of selecting the perspective. Step inside and have a look inside the "circle"!
How to control the panoramas:
Spherical panoramas are specially reworked photographic images which go all the way around the viewer. It is a revolutionary way to
document a particular place and time - the next best thing to being there! And furthermore there is an interactive tour available too:
Both players (Java and Quicktime) allow you to activate so called 'Hotspots' via a dedicated button. The Hotspots will appear and by
clicking them you can interactively jump between the individual panoramas. For both players we have complete tours defined. Use the mouse
to rotate the panorama, use Shift and Control to zoom in and out.
