Front Boxes
With the 5.1-system, one box is positioned on the right and one on the left of the place where you wish to listen from. The corresponding stereo boxes of a Hi-fi system which are already available as high quality Hi-fi boxes, can often be used for the setting up of a 5.1 system.

Center Box
Film dialogues, for example, often run through the center box. That's why they are positioned close to the screen/TV device.

Surround Boxes
The surround boxes are virtually the heart of the sound system. They are positioned behind the place you listen from and ensure the listener has the feeling that he is directly in the middle of the action.

Sub-woofer
Have you ever experienced a real earthquake in your own living-room? The sub-woofer makes it possible for you to experience this again and again - as if one was actually sitting there. It really gives the films the necessary expression - the kick.
Da es für das menschliche Ohr kaum möglich ist, die Tiefen des Subwoofers zu lokalisieren, bieten sich für den Stellplatz verschiedene Positionen im Raum an.
